A couple of weeks ago, Tecno confirmed its presence at MWC Barcelona 2025 (begins March 3) to unveil new smartphones, AI glasses and a laptop. The brand confirmed the products' names and gave a better look at their designs. TECNO has shared more details about the upcoming launch of its flagship AI smartphone, the CAMON 40 Series and its AI-driven product lineup, including the MEGABOOK S14 laptop and AI glasses series. First up are the Tecno Camon 40 series smartphones. The brand didn't reveal how many phones will be a part of the lineup but said the series is "expected to set a new benchmark with advanced features, offering unprecedented snap photography while introducing incredible AI-enhanced experiences."

TECNO has emphasized that the CAMON Series is known for excellent smartphone photography, and the upcoming CAMON 40 Series will set a new standard with advanced features. The company stated that the CAMON 40 Series offers fast snap photography and AI-enhanced experiences. Powered by TECNO AI and the latest MediaTek Ultimate processors, it delivers smoother multi-skin tone imaging processing and AI imaging creation. According to the company, the CAMON 40 Series includes practical AI features for daily life, ranging from image generation to intelligent search and smart calling. It features a one-tap button, allowing users to capture moments instantly, making it a highly efficient device for various needs. The company noted that this series combines top-notch hardware with TECNO’s advanced AI imaging technology. The CAMON 40 Series will introduce skin tone imaging and a zero-delay performance feature with the one-tap button.

Well, photography will be the main focus, and the Camon 40 series phones will feature a dedicated camera button "that revolutionizes the snap photography experience with zero-delay performance and a one-tap button." A couple of images shared by Tecno reveal this button will be located on the left-side frame of the phones. Additionally, Tecno revealed that the Camon 40 series will be powered by MediaTek chips and come with Tecno AI, which will be a major highlight of the lineup. More details will be revealed at the launch event, the company added. Under the philosophy of “TECNO AI, So Easy,” TECNO aims to unlock the potential of practical AI across its product ecosystem.
