Samsung Galaxy A55 hands-on images

Samsung Galaxy A55 looks impressive with confirmed flat sides

Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy A55 later this month, and the phone was spotted in some hands-on images. Just like all the leaks and renders predicted, the device will have flat sides with only the buttons sitting on a protruding bit, like the Galaxy A15 and Galaxy A25. Following are the some of the specifications of the phone:-

Display

6.6-inch FHD+ Amoled displays with 120Hz refresh rate and 1650 nits peak brightness

Processor

Exynos 1480

Software

Android 14-based One UI 6.0

Connectivity

Bluetooth 5.3

Memory Configurations

8GB and 12GB RAM with 128GB and 256GB of storage

Battery

5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging

Samsung actual plan is to launch its next affordable device, the Galaxy A55 on 11 March, 2024, and just a few days before its official unveiling, the hands-on images of the phone have leaked, giving users a glimpse at its aesthetics. The Samsung Galaxy A55 phone with a flat frame looks impressive in the hands-on images and it offers the device a premium look and feel. Some main highlights that live images disclose are volume and power buttons, and the triple camera setup. The phone will have three cameras with no island at the back whatsoever, and the Yellow colour looks lovely in real life. The frame, however, is a more muted hue due to being made of metal, instead of plastic like the Galaxy A54.

The live images of the Samsung Galaxy A55 are a nice addition to the plethora of leaks, including more live images, official-looking posters, press renders and TENAA photos. We expect the phone to come with a new Exynos 1480 chipset and an AMD-powered graphics unit called Xclipse 530. Furthermore, the upcoming smartphone is currently been shown in Lime colour, while, Samsung will reveal more colours at the time of its official launch such as Navy, Ice Blue, White and Purple. To be mentioned, the Galaxy A55 5G is going to be the first A series model to offer 12GB RAM and use Gorilla Glass Victus+ for improved protection. Other than this, the smartphone also offers several fruitful upgrades that every Samsung fan deserves.
