Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra specifications

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with 200MP Camera and battery capacity

Now a days, Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra has been a topic of constant discussion. Many leaked reports have surfaced so far regarding the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. If the reports are accurate, we can expect the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to launch in early 2025 next year. Expectedly, the flagship model of the Galaxy S25 series will boast a new design overhaul and numerous new features. However, no information has been officially shared by the Samsung company yet, but leaked reports have suggested about camera, battery, processor to price.

Specifications (As per reports available)

As per reports available, Samsung’s new flagship could enter the market with a flat display. It can be given a 6.9-inch LTPO Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with QHD + resolution, which will offer a high refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The S Pen will remain a feature even with the new, thinner design. The S25 Ultra may use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor. Samsung may also offer 16GB of RAM as standard and upgrade the storage to UFS 4.1 technology. The phone will come in 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage options. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumoured to feature major camera improvements. It may have a 200MP main camera, but it could also have a new sensor for better imaging. The 3x zoom camera may upgrade to a 50MP sensor. Apart from this, the ultra wide camera may also increase to 50MP. This could result in a powerful 200MP+50MP+50MP+50MP camera setup.

The source previously claimed that the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+'s camera setups will be identical to their predecessors, and only the Galaxy S25 Ultra will get camera upgrades. It will feature a 200 MP primary camera, joined by a 50 MP ultrawide, 50 MP 3x telephoto and 50 MP 5x telephoto units. However, recently leaked report claimed that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will only come with an upgraded ultrawide camera, with the rest of the camera setup being the same as the S24 Ultra's.

Battery

The Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra are rumoured to arrive next year without any battery upgrades, and a new rumour now claims that will be the case with the Galaxy S25+ as well. Samsung is expected to come with the 5,000mAh battery of the previous model, which will support 45W wired charging, 15W wireless charging and 4.5W reverse wireless charging. As per the rumour of the Dutch publication GalaxyClub, which claims the Samsung Galaxy S25+ will pack a battery with a rated capacity of 4,755 mAh and a typical capacity of 4,900 mAh, which is the same as the Galaxy S24+'s battery. The Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra will come with 4,000 mAh and 5,000 mAh batteries, respectively. That's again the same as their predecessors. We will also see the charging speeds remain the same: 25W for vanilla and 45W for the Plus and Ultra models.

Expected Release Date

Samsung launched the Galaxy S24 Ultra at the Galaxy Unpacked event in January this year. It is likely that the company will do the same with the flagship’s successor. Next year, in January 2025, the Galaxy S25 Ultra could launch, followed by its market release shortly after. But still it is yet to be confirmed by the official sources.
