 Launch of Samsung Galaxy A35 5G expected soon, gets FCC certification

The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G received a new certification and key details were revealed on the FCC website, signalling an upcoming launch. The smartphone, succeeding last year’s Galaxy A34 5G, was also recently found on the Geekbench database and has been featured in leaked renders. Galaxy A35 5G FCC certification confirms 25W fast charging. Samsung Galaxy A35 5G is expected to launch soon as the brand’s next Galaxy A-series device. This phone would succeed the Galaxy A34 that launched last year in March. The Galaxy A35 renders leaked online recently, and the phone was spotted on Geekbench as well. Now, the smartphone has been spotted on the US FCC certification website. 

The FCC certification site reveals the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G, identified by model numbers SM-A356U and SM-A356E,which are associated with the Galaxy A35. It supports 5G, NFC, and an SD card slot. The charger, with model number EP-TA800 in the test equipment list. The EP-TA800 Charger mentioned in the test equipment support list suggesting that the Galaxy A35 could come with a 25W charger. The Geekbench listing of Galaxy A35 showed that the phone runs an octa-core chipset possibly the Exynos 1380. It’s also seen with 6GB of RAM and Android 14 as well. The smartphone will come with One UI custom skin. The Galaxy A35 is seen with a design similar to the Galaxy S23 FE. The smartphone has flat edges, and a punch-hole display. It will feature a USB-C port with the volume and power keys placed on the right side. The leaked renders also confirm vertically-aligned triple rear cameras for the Galaxy A35. Its screen size is said to 6.6-inch as well, and the phone comes in white colour but more variants are expected.

Leaked renders show a flat frame, a key island on the right, and three vertically stacked cameras. The phone is rumoured to feature a 6.6-inch punch-hole display with minimal bezels. A recent report suggests it will be launched alongside the Galaxy A55 in the second quarter of this year.
