Digital keys are getting more popular, but now, a new working group chaired by Apple is going to figure out how to make sure it adheres to international safe standards. 

Digital keys could become more popular and more ubiquitous after automakers and the consumer tech industry came together to announce the formation of a new working group to develop industry wide standards for ultra wideband (UWB) connectivity.
