Top Most Dangerous Dogs
There are some breeds of dogs in the world, who have earned an ill reputation of being vicious and dangerous because of their violent interactions with humans and other dogs. Generally, a dog’s behaviour and personality are entirely dependent on its upbringing. Although all dogs are great companions, the breeds of dogs mentioned here, require a little extra attention and training. Although experts claim that proper domestication and training can change the nature of an aggressive canine, we wonder how many people would go to great lengths to take one for the team.
Pit Bull
Pit bulls are one of the most dangerous breeds of dogs in the world. In order to prevent aggressive outbursts, they are required to undergo several extensive and training exercises. You might need to think twice before adopting a pit bull as a pet companion. It has been banned by many countries. A study released in 1991 found that 94% of the attacks on children by pit bulls were unprovoked.
Rottweiler
Rottweiler were responsible for half of all deaths caused by dog bites in the US between the years of 1993 and 1996 according to the data provided by the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), . The data speaks volumes about the breed’s aggressive nature. Strong beyond belief, a Rottweiler’s bite can measure up to 1,460 newtons.
German Shepherd
Due to aggressive nature, German Shepherds are regularly used as police dogs. The breakers of the law have to stay vigilant at all times, or better, even stop committing crimes. There are various studies which have proven that German Shepherds have a tendency to attack smaller dogs. When they attack, they attack with a bite that has a force of over 1,060 newtons.
