Honor Magic6 with 160MP periscope and 1/1.3" OV50K main camera
The Honor Magci6 Pro will feature a 160MP periscope zoom camera, not a 200MP one. Honor have reportedly decided to go against the 200MP imager and went for the 160MP option. However, as per insider reports on the OV50K sensor, the Magic6 will premiere for its main camera. It turns out it won't be a 1-inch type sensor but rather around 1/1.3-inch, which is around the same size as the Galaxy S23 Ultra's 200MP main imager.
The OV50K will make solid images and boosted by LOFIC technology - lateral overflow integration capacitor-based CMOS, basically a stacked sensor, similar to the one in the Xperia 1 V and OnePlus Open (Oppo Find N3). The Honor Magic6 could debut in near future in China with a global release later on. Its predecessor came in March of this year. Very little is known for the device, other than that it will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with AI smarts.
